We are Chefs Los Chinchilla, a Costa Rican family passionate about cooking, flavors, and the aromas that bring back memories. Our team is made up of my father, my sister, and me, with over 30 years of combined experience in the culinary world.

At the heart of our kitchen is Leonel Chinchilla Hernández, a chef with an outstanding career in fine dining, known for his work in some of Manuel Antonio’s top restaurants. His passion and expertise have been our greatest inspiration.

For over eight years, we’ve offered personalized catering, private dinners, special events, home-delivered gourmet meals & Private chef services in general. Every dish is crafted with fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and the warm, personal touch that defines us.
